2.2 Accuracy of Information

3  Age and Eligibility

For ages 21 and above: All services on ba999 beat are for persons aged 21 or older only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

4  Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ba999 beat is ৳200 (by any method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks).

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and funds may be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same payment methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes.

  • Identity documents may be requested to verify a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until wagering requirements have been met.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held in case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). A conversion rate will apply for transactions in foreign currency.

5  Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ba999 beat offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. This bonus is a standalone promotion and cannot be converted directly into cash.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to each bonus. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
  • If an unusual pattern is found in game results while using a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless permitted by the terms of that promotion.
  • Specific games or game categories may apply when placing bets from a bonus balance.

5.4 VIP Cashback

ba999 beat's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is paid based on net losses for the week.

6  Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Only bets that have been successfully confirmed on ba999 beat are valid. If a bet is accepted at abnormal odds or conditions due to a technical error, ba999 beat reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sports event or game remains incomplete due to technical or any other reason, the related bet will be cancelled and the original stake returned, unless the specific terms for that event state otherwise.

6.3 Erroneous Odds

The platform reserves the right to cancel at any stage bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (due to typographical or system errors). In such cancellations, the original stake will be returned.

6.4 Live Betting

ba999 beat is not responsible for disconnections or delays during live betting. It is the user's own responsibility to maintain a stable connection.

7  Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba999 beat:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing artificial bets or extensively hedging bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
  • Using another user's account credentials.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund flows.
  • Using the ba999 beat name or logo to deceive others.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

8  Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Any withdrawable balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned before the account is closed.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for more than 12 months. Any balance in an inactive account will be retained and can be used upon logging in again.

8.3 Platform's Rights

ba999 beat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for breach of terms, suspected fraud or other reasonable cause.
